Perilie Drawdy Rucks age 62 of Okeechobee passed away Thursday, June 02, 2011 at her residence.
She was born October 25, 1948 to Shirley and Iris Drawdy in Sebring, Florida.
She was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Basinger. Her life revolved around her family. She was an outgoing fun loving person who met no stranger.
She is predeceased by her father Shirley Drawdy.
She is survived by her son; James R. Mullis, Jr. (Ginnifer) of Okeechobee, Fl; daughter, Julie H. Ray (Johnnie) of Okeechobee; six grandchildren, Janna, Jacey Mullis , Codi Mars, Justin, Judd Ray; and mother, Iris Parkerson of West Palm Beach, FL; sisters, Rita Arledge, Patsy Bass and Lynda Joy Huggins.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 5, 2011 from 5-7:00pm in the Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home, 205 NE 2nd Street, Okeechobee. Services will be held on Monday, Jun 6 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Basinger with Pastor Mike Peppers and Pastor Mickey Evans Officiating.
