Atkinson County, Georgia –
An Atkinson County man is headed to prison for beating his neighbor to death.
Jeffery Dell pled guilty in May for murdering 66-year old Ronnie Mullis.
Tuesday he was sentenced to life in prison and 20 years for burglary. In December 2009, Dell hit Mullis in the head with a crow bar.
