Jack Mullis

RINCON – Jack Mullis, 63, died Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at Memorial Health.

The Ware County native was a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church. He retired from Effingham County Schools as a music educator. He was a member of Mu Phi Epsilon, Georgia Music Educators Association and Music Education National Conference. He was an Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Brooks Mullis and Montafae Herrington Mullis, and his wife, Patrice Carrigg Mullis.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Amy Mullis Schnobrich and Todd of Rincon; grandson Jackson Schnobrich of Rincon; a brother and sister-in-law, Frank Mullis and Barbara of Brunswick; a niece, Sherri Smith of Brunswick; a nephew, Trey Mullis of St. Simons Island; three great-nephews; a great-niece; mother-in-law, Leona Carrigg of Rincon; and brother-in-law, Jeffery Carrigg of Rincon.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be at noon Friday at Jerusalem Lutheran Church.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Remembrances may be sent to Jerusalem Lutheran Church Building Fund, 2966 Ebenezer Road, Rincon, GA 31326.
