Hazel I. Mullis, 94, of 528 Tyrrell Ave., Delavan, died Dec. 16, 2010, at Holton Manor Nursing Home, Elkhorn.
Hazel was born June 14, 1916, in Martinsville, IL, the daughter of Everett and Rosa Belle (Lowe) Poulter. Hazel married Fred Mullis Sept. 7, 1932, in Marshall, IL. Fred predeceased Hazel in 1969.
Hazel was a devoted member of Kingdom Hall Congregation of Jehovah’s Witness.
Hazel is survived by three sons: Bob Mullis, Wm (Evelyn) Mullis, and Carl Mullis, all of Delavan; two daughters, Phyllis Jones and Helen Mullis, both of Delavan; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband; one son, Danny; three brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010, at the BETZER FUNERAL HOME with George Gaidosh of the Congregation of Kingdom Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memory Gar-dens.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the service time at BETZER FUNERAL HOME, Delavan.
