MIDLAND — Mr. Mullis, 67, of 13511 Mullis Road, died Monday, March 13, 2006 at his residence. He was born April 7, 1938, a son of the late Dewey and Clidabelle Hough Mullis.
Funeral service is 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 15, at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel of Midland, with Rev. David Foster and Rev. Thant McManus officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Charlotte. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Mullis was a lifetime member of Clear Creek Baptist Church, where he served on the board of deacons. The family will be meeting at 13511 Mullis Road.
Survivors include his son, Danny Mullis of the home; spouse, Kay McManus Mullis of Midland; and four grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Mullis was preceded in death by a son, Kent Mullis.
