Mrs. Margaret Patterson Mullis, age 86 of Blue Ridge passed away April 17, 2011 in Decatur, GA.She was a devoted and longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Blue Ridge. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Lanier Mullis. Her siblings, Lanier Patterson, Lawrence Patterson and LuFrance Anderson also preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Sydney Lanier Mullis, Jr. and Ginny of Augusta, GA; daughters and son-in-laws, Beverly and Larry Holmes of Stone Mountain, GA and Marilyn Trenice Mullis-Dubow and Joel of Tucker, GA; grandchildren, Brian Holmes of Atlanta, GA, Michael Collingsworth of Augusta, GA and Lindy and Joey Mullis of Augusta, GA.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday April 20, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery in Blue Ridge, GA with Rev. Charlie Howell officiating.
