T. Jack Mullis -COCHRAN

– Graveside services for [tooltip content=”Database Info” url=”″ ]Mr. T. Jack Mullis[/tooltip], 72, of Cochran who died Friday, May 2, 2008 at his residence will be held at 2P.M. Sunday in Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens with Rev. Robert Woodall officiating.

-Mr. Mullis was born in Bleckley County, the son of the late [tooltip content=”Database Info” url=”″ ]E.T. (Bill)[/tooltip] and [tooltip content=”Database Info” url=”″ ]Montine Newman[/tooltip] Mullis. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines Corps having served during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired electronics supervisor at Robins A.F.B. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald D. Mullis.

-Survivors include his wife, Diane Young Mullis of Cochran; sons, Robert (Kim) Mullis of Tampa and Tim (Beth) Hinson of Cochran; daughter, Tina (Rick) Haupt of Cochran; sister, Grace (Jordan) Smith of Cochran; brothers, Roy N. (Judy) Mulis and John D. (Tony) Mullis, both of Cochran; sister-in-law, Trellie Mullis of Cochran; grandchildren, Logan Mullis and Savannah Mullis, both of Tampa, Florida, Tyler Hinson and Clay (Stephanie) Cavanah of Cochran, Erica (Cody) Coleman of Broomall, PA and Ricky (Melissa) Haupt of Bonaire.

-The family may be contacted at the residence at 1149 Highway 26 West and will meet friends at Fisher Funeral Home from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Saturday night. -Fisher Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
