Of Johns Island, SC formerly of Stockton, GA passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at her residence after a lengthy illness.<\/p>\n

She was born July 31, 1917 to the late Chester Lee and Allie Irene (Brantley) Mullis. She was a supervisor for Levi Strauss & Co. and was a member of the Stockton Baptist Church.<\/p>\n

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Willie Hough, 2 sons, Billy Joe Hough of Walterboro, SC and Charles R. Hough of Cordele, GA, a grandson, Billy J. Hough, Jr., great grandson, Matthew English, and 5 sisters.<\/p>\n

Survivors include:<\/p>\n

Daughter & Son-In-Law Jean Hough English & David English Johns Island, SC, Daughter-In-Law Diane Hough Cordele, GA<\/p>\n

7 Grandchildren: Jan Hough Buice (Johnny), Pam Hough NeSmith (Ray), Scot English (Kristal), Ray Hough (Maria), Jason English (Susan), Sherri Hough Lero (Stephen), Richard Hough (Melissa)15 Great Grandchildren: Shannon Buice, Kristen Buice, Johnny Buice, Joseph Smith, Megan Hough, Calli Hough, Cody Hough, Chad Fletcher, Crystal Fletcher, Bradley Hough, Kayla English, Micah English, Rachel English, Meagan English, Caroline English 3 Great Great Grandchildren: Dixon Hubbard, IV, Madisyn Hubbard, Charlie Hough Sister Lucille Starling Jacksonville, FL<\/p>\n

Brother & Sister-In-Law Ernest & Opal Mullis Stockton, GA<\/p>\n

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 1, 2011 in the Stockton Baptist Church and burial will follow in the Wayfare Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, September 30, 2011 from 6:00 \u2013 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Music Funeral Services of Lakeland is serving the family.<\/p>\n
